Why JungleGem Home? I love to style modern homes and add the rich tropical vibes that Florida emanates . 

I have been a professional home stager for 15 years and a realtor for 25 years. My real estate career began in Fort Worth, Texas and home staging sprang from that avenue. I saw many “flipped homes” being opened up and advertised as blank boxes which buyers didn’t understand. HGTV was just getting underway and I was one of the first stagers in my area. I created and ran a successful staging company (Modern Design Staging) and then moved to Sarasota, FL. My extensive experience in both real estate and design gives me a unique understanding of the real estate transaction from both the buyer and seller’s perspectives.

Coupling my keen eye for design with my understanding of human nature allows me to style a variety of homes that appeal to a wide range of buyers. I have multiple certifications in professional home staging, color consultation, short term rental styling and luxury home staging. Over the past 15 years I have learned how to showcase a home's best features and how to make a home "speak" to each person that walks through the door.
