Pricing
Each home we stage has $15-40k+ worth of inventory. Included in our costs are moving expenses in and out of the property, warehousing, elevator or parking fees, insurance, labor for previewing the property, selecting the inventory needed, packing and wrapping all items, and repeating that process in the move out. It is a laborious process but we love what we do! Did we mention we take classes and certifications regularly to keep up to date with interior design trends and trade secrets? Here’s what we charge for our magic:

Higher list price = higher end art, accessories and furniture
We typically stage key rooms only (living areas, dining areas, primary suite)
