what is your Staging experience?
I have been staging homes for 15 years. I started in Fort Worth, Texas where I owned and operated Modern Design Staging for 11 years. We had inventory to stage 35-40 homes and we worked with local Realtors, home builders and home owners. I have multiple wholesale accounts and I travel to Highpoint and Vegas markets regularly to see what is trending and to keep our look unique and fresh. I have won a luxury home staging award and I hold multiple certifications in color mastery, short term rental design and home staging.
How does your process work?
Are you a homeowner or Realtor? Do you have a vacant home to stage or do you need occupied advice? My team can handle any of these requests we just need to see where you fit. If you need design help with your personal home we can meet with you for a design consult ($250). If you are a Realtor or a homeowner that needs staging advice we can do a free quote for a vacant home over the phone or we can schedule an occupied consultation for $250.
What are your average rates?
Everything starts with a consultation. After the initial meeting we can see if we are a match for you and your project. If so, we can take the next steps towards completion. If you can DIY then our occupied “walk and talk” consults will get you covered for $250. if you need more help we will give you a custom quote. Our vacant stagings start at $3500 for 60 days/ key rooms staged (price depends on size of home, list price and location). Design work is $125 an hour after the initial consult. Prices can also be quoted on a per project job.
